Service Details
Customers are deemed to have read; understood the correct usage of the battery they have purchased.
The warranty is only applicable for the product purchased through the company authorized outlets.
The warranty registration must be completed in the time of purchase
Buy-back guarantee, BLOOM will provide buyback facility 20% (Prebooking Scenario 40%) of original purchase price, if customer wants buybackfacility it would be possible after minimum after 18 months of purchase.e
Company batteries are warranted against all defects arising solely from the use of faulty material or poor workmanship of company. Consequential liabilities will not be entertained.
In the event of any complaint, the battery shall be returned to the company authorized Dealer/ Company’s Service Location.
Company has the right to determine whether a battery needs service or replacement.
3 years or 1,00,000 km (Which is earlier), Manufacturer’s replacement guarantee (defects arising solely from the use of faulty material or poor workmanship of company) orfree service warranty will be provided.
In the event of repairs / replacement, the original warranty term for such repair/ replacement will not be extended.
Replacement guarantee/service warranty will not be entertained after the expiry of replacement guarantee/service warranty period (3 Years or 1,00,000 km), which will commence only from the date of sale is applicable.
Charger, digital display meter & GPS tracker will not be covered under the warranty period 3 years or 100,000 km (Which is earlier).
Proof of warranty must be furnished at the time of service. Failure to do so will invalidate this warranty.
All liabilities under this warranty will cease if:
a. Damage due to natural calamity, theft, flooding, fire, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, physical damage, commercial use or modification of the product,
b. Improper voltage supply, Negligence to charge battery, repair or attempted repair by any party other than company’s authorized personnel.party other than company’s authorized personnel.
c. Fitment of additional accessories over the original fitment.
d. Product serial number / barcode sticker is altered or defaced in any manner what so ever.
e. Battery defect is caused by faulty electrical system, improper handling or service by unauthorized dealers / auto electrician, willful abuse, and destruction by fire, collision, theft or recharging.
f. Breakage of container and cover.
g. Damage to the battery caused due to contaminations.

In case of a supplementary battery issued in customers faulty battery repairing period, after fix up the faulty issue customer must return the supplementary battery and take customers repaired one. Company reserves the right to take action against the non-compliers.buybackfacility it would be possible after minimum after 18 months of purchase.e
The company will provide replacement/repair of the battery and associated parts relating to the battery only that are damaged due to manufacturing defects or workmanship in company’s assembly facilities atfree of cost including the labor charges. The defective parts will be the company’s property.
General Instructions for usage and maintenance:
a.the battery shall be firmly fastened in the frame.
b.the vehicle charging system checked regularly. A faulty electrical system will damage the battery.
c.Keep the battery top clean and dry.

The battery will also be replaced if its performance capacity, at full charge, reduces below 80% SOC, during the warranty period.
Company reserves the right to inspect electrical system of vehicle / application if required.
If the defective part is covered under the warranty, the BLOOM will automatically repair/replace (Whatever is applicable) the battery free of charge.
The company will provide replacement/repair of the battery and associated parts relating to the battery only that are damaged due to manufacturing defects or workmanship in company’s assembly facilities atfree of cost including the labor charges. The defective parts will be the company’s property.
In case of a defect in the battery and associated parts of the battery, bring the battery to an authorized BLOOMs service center along with the papers of warranty provided to you.
In case of the sale of a battery to another person by customer, the base warranty will be transferred to the new owner. Proof of warranty must be furnished at the time of service. Failure to do so will invalidate this warranty.
BLOOM service & collection points are available via Runner authorized showroom, Shakti foundation branches and BLOOM authorized local dealer points.
Return of Product with Cause: The Buyer shall be permitted to return a product with manufacturing defects/ tempered packaging provided, the buyer informs about the same within 3 (Three) days of delivery by getting in touch with the customer care service team. should be returned in the same condition.
Asking for help – repairs or replacement under warranty:
Help desk – Call our help deck on (XXXXXX) for providing technical support on your battery performance. Our help desk will also handle and trace service requests.
Remote troubleshooting – We will provide a remote technical consultation and fault rectification service – covering device functions, specifications, operations, and configurations. If this fails to resolve the battery issue, we will refer you to a physical visit at BLOOM after sales service center, to resolve your problem.sts.
Parts replacement – At our after-sales service center, we will conduct checks on your battery, to understand what repairs or fixes may be required. If these checks, or the repairs, will take longer than 24 hours, we will provide you with a supplementary battery while we make those repairs.
Battery replacement – The company will provide replacement/repair (Whatever is applicable) of the battery and associated parts relating to the battery only that are damaged due to manufacturing defects or workmanship in company’s assembly facilities at free of cost including the labor charges. The defective parts will be the company’s property. Your warranty cover will retain the same as the original duration.
